WallCandy is for grown-ups, too!
On this blog, we almost exclusively talk about wall decals. But did you know there are a bunch of products – ones appealing mostly to adult tastes – that are not wall decals but different types of home décor – all in delightfully unique designs?

We’re totally jazzed about the New York International Gift Fair, coming up August 15-20 in the Big Apple. 30,000 buyers from 50 states and 77 countries converge for this exposé of the newest, coolest, and finest in home and lifestyle furnishings and gifts.
Held at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center and at Passenger Ship Terminal Pier 94, NYIGF showcases the wares of 2,900 exhibitors and thousands of product lines.
We’ll be at Booth #4109, Javits Center Level Three, in the Studio™ area. The Studio™is a new feature of the exhibition, a juried collection of trend-driven, innovative, and inspired lifestyle merchandise across all categories. Here you’ll find everything from baby gear to pet products, fine stationery and hip home décor, presented by 100 exciting companies. WallCandy is proud to be part of this special new project!
While you can just show up and be surprised and delighted at every turn, you might want to get ready for the show by perusing the online catalog of products.
In addition to the fabulous exhibits, there’s a tempting line-up of additional programs and events. On August 18th, after you’ve shopped til you’re dropping, you can take in aNight on Broadway, featuring the American classic, West Side Story,with special ticket prices for Fair attendees.

WallCandy at L.A. Design Extravaganza

We were so pleased to be a part of the Dwell on Design Show in Los Angelesrecently. Billed as “The West Coast’s Largest Modern Design Event,” the show is packed with exciting news, symposia, tours, forums, speakers, and amazing exhibitions.
WallCandyArts donated wall stickers to the Children’s Reading Room at the event.
The Dwell on Design Show is an annual exhibition. You might want to check out the site, and make plans to go next June!

We just got back from our latest show. It went very well. To the right is a picture of one of our newest items. This one is called Nightly News. Also shown to the left is our new packaging design. We got a lot of positive feedback. It seems like people are really excited about this!
The New York Gift Show

Hello, It’s been too long since my last update. Things have been very busy over here. We just finished the ENK show and the New York Gift Show. Both were very successful and we’re really excited to work with all our new stores. We were also thrilled with the generous feedback from our existing customers who are the soul of our business. Here are a few images of our booth (that’s Dana in the corner).

We had a great time at the Play Time show in Paris. The stores really loved WallCandy and I was interviewed for a spot on French TV about the product. Here are some images of our booth. We showed Rococo2, Rock It and Deerly Beloved as well as some of our other best selling designs. The chalkboard designs were the biggest hit. They didn’t have that there…but now they do!
