Meet Allison Krongard in person!

Moms typically are at the mercy of those around them, and often don’t think they can exercise freedom in any area of life. Certainly, many a mother feels creatively restricted, and business ambitions are often shelved in favor of family life.

Our kids do deserve all the attention we can give them, so dedicating your life to the little ones is an honorable pursuit. BUT, it’s important to remember that your happiness and fulfillment are essentialto the wellbeing of your children. You aren’t doing anyone any favors by restricting your participation and resenting it.

If you’re in or near the Big Apple at the end of this month, there’s an event you’ll find inspiring in your search for a well-rounded life. teutonia® baby strollers is partnering with area children’s stores to showcase how it’s done, through a series of meet-and-greets titled, “Motherhood designed by you.”

Sponsored by teutonia and in support of the R Baby Foundation, the series presents 12 noteworthy women who have designed their motherhood to meet their personal priorities. The events, running between May 11 and June 12 at baby stores in the New York area, feature some of the city’s most fascinating Moms.  Attendees will be invited to chat with the mom/business women, learn some of their secrets, and discuss design initiatives.

The founder of WallCandyArts®, Allison Krongard, joins fellow business ladies and Moms Karen Gurwitz of Mothers and Menus, and Lauren Parisier of Basq NYC on Thursday, May 28^th, 5-7pm, at Albee Baby, 715 Amsterdam Avenue in New York.

Allison has spent her life with design, including eight years as a top-ranked sales

representative for Knoll International. She initially developed WallCandy’s® inventive solution to bringing life to blank walls after being asked frequently by friends and family for stylish ideas to decorate babies’ rooms.

Those attending this in-store event will receive complimentary gifts (while supplies last – get there early!) and have a chance to experience the teutonia® product, a stroller sensation that’s taking the city streets by storm. Refreshments will be provided by BellyBar.
